Small Group Planned for Raising kids in a world with trauma

Would you like to parent different than your parents did, or would you like to break the cycle of trauma you experienced, or are you raising a child who has experienced trauma, or do you want your kids to be resilient against future trauma, or would you like to build a healthy relationship with your partner, or maybe you would like all of these.

Come learn how to build healthy relationships with your children (and other adults) and how to build in them the skills to be a healthy adult. We will be diving into a social-emotional curriculum called Conscious Discipline which is research based and SAMHSA approved. Books and materials will be provided.

This small group leader is Erin Bartsch, she holds a BS in Psychology and an MS in Child Development and Family Studies. Over the past 20 years she has worked directly with children and families, supervising Head Start classrooms, training teachers, and currently oversees the Blue Mountain Early Learning Hub. She has over 150 hrs of training in trauma-informed social-emotional approaches and has been supporting children and families in Conscious Discipline for the past 5 years.
